We’re thrilled to welcome a new legal recruiter to the Momentum family. Lisa Buss, a native Texan with over thirty years of experience in the legal industry, is the newest expert to join our ranks.
Lisa has worked within the legal industry throughout Austin and Houston for over 20 years, serving as everything from support staff, to management, to marketing and recruiter in both boutique and large law firms. She brings with her a variety of knowledge and skills including a keen eye for the needs of firms and a thorough understanding of what it takes to run a successful workplace. Her passion for recruiting and unique skillset has made her adept at long-term placements of attorneys and legal support staff for firms throughout the Lone Star State.

Lisa’s primary focus is attorney placements with both AmLaw 200 law firms as well as smaller regional, local, and boutique firms in Texas. She has already successfully placed many attorneys since joining Momentum and is actively working on several additional searches at the moment. We are pleased to work alongside Lisa and look forward to watching her continued growth and success.
